At Mon Sac de Fleurs, every piece is made with care, and many items are handmade or customized just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.
However, we want you to be happy with your order, and we understand that sometimes things can go wrong.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at contact@monsacdefleurs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will do our best to offer:

Minor imperfections or slight variations are normal due to the handmade nature of our pieces

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or handmade processing times
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check all order details before finalizing your purchase.
