Thank you for shopping with Mon Sac de Fleurs! We make each piece with love and care, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Processing Time
Because many of our items are handmade, please allow 2 weeks to 1 month for your order to be prepared and shipped.
If your order includes custom or made-to-order items, processing may take longer. We’ll do our best to keep you updated on any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We currently ship from Canada, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if available. Please note that we have no control over carrier delays once the package leaves our hands.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, your package may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country’s import regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs processing.
Shipping Damage or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at contact@monsacdefleurs.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We will gladly offer a free repair or a replacement if possible.
Each piece is carefully packed, but please understand that minor imperfections or slight variation in appearance are natural due to the handmade nature of our products.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, as many of our items are handmade or customized.
